To make this vision real, we must expand and evolve. The Veterinary Medical Complex is the cornerstone of this future: advanced small and large animal teaching hospitals, a new primary care hospital, a state-of-the-art cancer center, specialty clinics, and a veterinary education pavilion and welcome center.
These facilities will not only expand patient care capacity—they will also train the next generation of veterinarians at scale, addressing the urgent workforce shortage and ensuring that animals everywhere have access to skilled, compassionate care. Together, these spaces will accelerate discovery, strengthen the veterinary profession, and redefine what’s possible in animal and human health.
